PULL-LETTER GUIDELINE & RESQUESTS

FOREIGN LOOK MAGAZINE receives up to 300 pull-letter demands each month for photoshoots. Around 90% of the time, after we provide pull-letters, these photoshoots never happen or are submitted to other magazines. Because of this, we have decided to implement a fixed fee for pull letters of USD$ 10.00. If you do not wish to pay this fee, we completely understand. There are other ways to ensure your samples, such as giving a deposit or lending your credit card to the designer(s). We will be happy to review your editorial submissions afterward.

If you are a serious team and would like us to provide you with a pull letter for your photoshoot, please submit your photoshoot details below. This purchase will guarantee a pull letter, but it does not guarantee that your editorial will be accepted to be published. Also, make sure that the dates and the team are exact and final, as we don’t offer multiple pull-letters per purchase.

Step 1: Pay the fees through the button below.
Step 2: Send an email with the subject: Pull-Letter Request to foreignlookmagazine@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Paypal email used.

  • Photographer's name and website.

  • Stylist's name and website.

  • Date of the photoshoot.

  • Moodboard attached to the email.

By requesting the pull-letter, the requester acknowledges and agrees that they may be held responsible for any damages incurred to items on loan from FLMAG. The requester understands that they are liable for the care and handling of these items during the loan period. In the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the requester agrees to compensate FLMAG for the full cost of repair or replacement of the items.

The requester further acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of the loaned items. FLMAG reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the items upon their return and determine any necessary charges for damages.

By sending a pull-letter request, the requester accepts these terms and conditions and releases FLMAG from any further liability related to the loan of items.
